Depression?

Having a depression is a very serious issue. If you think you have diagnose yourself of having it and you strongly believing or feeling it, I have here a few tips on how you can manage it, even though its just a few, I hope that it will help just like on how it helped me.

Me myself have it, it was really hard for me, everyday was pretty rough for me, waking up and forcing myself to be normal as possible because I didn't have a choice anyway, I still need to go to school and do what normal people do just to fit in, even though I didn't go along well around people, I don't have many friends, and most of the time it was just me. Before really really really believing that you have it, please always look to the bright side of life and think that you are ok, you are fine and you don't have it. But here are a few tips I can give you

  • Spend Time With Yourself
I guess you'll probably wondering why I put this on my list, because when you are alone you will have time for yourself, talk to yourself and think all the things you want to do and everything you wanted to discuss with yourself. Trust me it will help, but of course do not spend ALL the time to yourself, find some friends to talk to if you have a chance.

  • Write
Write everything down, bad things or good things that happened to you, writing when you are sad or angry can help you improve your mood when you don't have someone to talk to, remember the paper and the pen is your very bestfriend because you can tell everything to it without him judging you. I actually do this all the time, and in the future, try reading it and you'll remember how brave you were that day.

  • Go Outside More
Go outside and explore new things, spending your time in new places can help you a lot, so if you have nothing to do at home, try going out, especially to the places that has many plants and trees because your mind can relax and won't think too much, going to parks of museums will do and don't forget to bring your camera with you!

  • Read A Book
Reading a book can take you to another world and make your mind forget for a little while, red fantasy books if you want yourself to be entertained or any novel you like. Going to another is not impossible, just open a book and read and your there in just a seconds.

  • Do Some Sports
Get in to some sports that you like to keep yourself busy or of you don't like getting into sports try working out, set your goals on what you want to achieve in the working that your doing, like you wanted some flat belly, or six pck abs so that your mind can focus on it not in your problems.

To relieve your depression is not always by drinking the medicine, because in some cases the depression worsens when you are drinking too much medicine, you can relieve the depression in natural ways and in the simple ways. Talk to someone who is so close to you they will help you a lot.

These are just my few tips for those people who have it just like me, I hope it helps you like it helped me

GOODLUCK! xoxo
